Everything was great and full of flavor! I ordered the Thai Omelet over Rice—it’s a simple classic, but this one tasted incredibly authentic, just like home. I also tried the Chicken Pad See Ew. Although they ran out of flat noodles and had to substitute, the dish was still delicious and well-balanced. I ordered the Pad Kee Mao and Singapore Noodles from Sala Thaai, and both dishes were fantastic. The Pad Kee Mao had the perfect balance of spice and flavor, with fresh veggies and tender noodles. The Singapore Noodles were just as good — light, flavorful, and packed with just the right amount of heat. Everything tasted fresh and made with care.
